My name is Nico. I was born and raised in Italy. I always say that my country is like a big restaurant!
Growing up surrounded by exquisite ingredients, the Mediterranean appreciation for cultivators and their products has made my culinary palette nostalgic for the richness of Italy’s simple pleasures.
My approach to mixology and Italian cuisine is a celebration of these recipes, a generational heritage that I carry with joy all the way to New York.

ABOUT NICO
I've operated in Italy, London and New York for more than 15 years. My experience ranges from owning to managing bars and restaurants, venues and clubs.
I’m passionate about mixology, natural wines and craft beer but I also have a deep connection to the Classics.
Creativity, a respect for quality ingredients and the rich Italian terra are passed on by my Italian grandmas, and the chefs I’ve worked with along the way.
My team ran some of the best kitchens and bars in New York City.
